The Swedish Shopping Centre Directory (SSCD) is the definitive source for market intelligence on the Swedish retail landscape. Originally launched by Centrumutveckling in 2013 to transition their long-standing printed directories into a comprehensive digital service, the platform has since evolved through strategic industry consolidation. A pivotal 2014 acquisition by Datscha AB led to a partnership with HUI Research and the NCSC, resulting in the merger of the nation’s two primary databases into a single, unified resource. Since October 2020, HUI has owned and operated SSCD.se, maintaining the directory in close cooperation with the NCSC to ensure the market receives the most accurate and up-to-date data available.
